Engagement Manager – Professional Services
Location: Sydney, Australia
Sprinklr is looking for a high‐impact Engagement Manager to partner with our largest Enterprise customers across APJ. This is not a delivery‐only role; it combines strategy, commercial thinking, and customer outcomes.
You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Services, and Customer Success, shaping how our customers adopt and realise value from Sprinklr. From pre‐sales strategy through to solution design, you will own how services accelerate growth, unlock revenue, and ensure long‐term success.

What you will do
Pre‐sales leadership and deal shaping
* Partner with Sales to scope, position, and win services work across new and existing Enterprise accounts
* Lead discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and define the right service strategy
* Design and propose end‐to‐end service offerings spanning implementation, managed services, training, and moderation
Solution design and commercial ownership
* Own the creation of Statements of Work, proposals, and project plans aligned to customer outcomes
* Translate business needs into practical, scalable deployment strategies
* Support deal strategy, close plans, and commercial negotiations
Executive stakeholder engagement
* Deliver compelling executive‐level presentations that position Sprinklr as a long‐term partner
* Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive adoption and growth
Cross‐functional alignment
* Work closely with Sales, Product, Services, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are viable and aligned
* Ensure smooth transition from pre‐sales to delivery with clearly defined expectations
Business and pipeline management
* Manage services pipeline, contribute to forecasting accuracy, and drive deal progression
* Support key accounts through escalation and strategic intervention where required
What you bring
* Experience in professional services, solution consulting, or business development roles
* Strong ability to translate customer challenges into commercial solutions
* Proven track record supporting or closing complex enterprise deals
* Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence
* Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, highly matrixed environment
* High ownership mindset. You take initiative and see things through
