OverviewThis role is a Marketing Manager position with base pay range of A$80,000.00/yr – A$100,000.00/yr.
The employer is a leading Australian wholesaler of timber, flooring, and panel products.
The role is based in Clayton South, with hybrid flexibility: office-based with the opportunity to work from home 1 day/week after probation.
The role can be a full-time position or, for an experienced manager, a part-time opportunity (3–4 days).
We're seeking a Marketing Manager who can combine strategy with hands-on execution, bringing fresh, creative ideas to life while using AI to increase efficiency and take campaigns to the next level.What you'll be doing, and the impact you'll have, includes leading the full marketing mix to support sales goals, building brand and demand, and using data and AI tools to optimise results.What you'll be doingDevelop annual marketing plans, align campaigns with sales goals, and use market insights to guide decisions.Lead websites, EDMs, ads, and social campaigns to drive engagement and ROI.Manage content calendars, produce digital/print collateral, and ensure SEO and brand consistency.Use AI tools to streamline content creation, design, analytics, and automation.Strengthen brand identity, support sales with tools and events, and track marketing's impact on revenue.Deliver end-to-end campaigns, set KPIs, and refine strategy through data insights.Mentor a junior team member, manage agencies, and work cross-functionally to deliver results.What we're looking forDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or similarExperience in building/architectural/timber industries highly regarded, but not necessaryStrong design and visual sensibility and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other content creation toolsDigital marketing experience; content management, website, social media, EDM, CRM, analyticsFamiliarity with AI marketing tools for content, optimisation, and insights.
