The Opportunity
We've got a high‑performing global marketing team. What we don't have yet is the leader who takes it to the next level.
This is a newly created executive role that sits at the intersection of talent attraction, client acquisition, and brand. You'll lead marketing across two very different but equally important mandates: attracting the best accounting talent into our talent hubs, and driving the awareness and pipeline that fuels growth in our client markets.

What You'll Own
We attract the best accounting professionals in the Philippines — our longest‑standing talent hub — and we’re expanding into three new talent hubs in 2026. That growth needs a marketing engine behind it. You’ll own the strategy and execution that makes TOA Global the employer of choice in every market we enter, making sure the right people know who we are and why building a career with us matters.
2. Growth Market Marketing
In Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Canada, our sales teams are out there every day helping accounting firm owners build better businesses. Your job is to make sure that when a firm owner is ready to make a move, TOA is already on their radar. Brand, demand gen, content, events — it all flows through you.
3. Internal & Corporate Marketing
We're a global team across multiple countries. Internal communication, culture marketing, and employer brand are all part of this. You'll make sure our people feel connected to something worth being part of.
What We're Looking For
Here’s the thing about this role. We're not looking for a traditional CMO.
We're looking for someone who thinks differently about what marketing is and where it's going. Specifically:
AI-First, Always
You don't just 'use AI tools.' You think about how AI reshapes every function, workflow, and role in your team. You're already rebuilding how marketing works using AI, and you're excited to bring that lens to a team that's ready for it. If you're not actively experimenting with AI in your marketing practice today, this role isn't for you.
You make decisions from data, not gut feel dressed up as strategy. You know your numbers. You can read a dashboard, spot a trend, and translate it into action. You're comfortable being held accountable to metrics that matter.
Global by Experience
You've built and led marketing teams across multiple countries. You understand that what works in Sydney doesn't necessarily work in Chicago. You're a natural at navigating cultural nuance, time zones, and the complexity of multi‑market campaigns without losing coherence.
A Builder, Not a Maintainer
You're not here to manage what already exists. You're here to elevate it. You see a strong team and a strong brand and you ask, 'what's possible from here?' That's the energy we need.
The Criteria
* Proven senior marketing leadership experience, ideally at CMO or VP of Marketing level
* Deep experience across US, Canada, Australia, and/or New Zealand markets
* Track record of leading marketing in a B2B environment with a complex buyer journey
* Experience across both employer brand/talent attraction and client acquisition marketing
* Strong command of digital marketing, demand generation, and content strategy
* Active and fluent use of AI tools in your marketing practice
* Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing remote and global teams
* A data‑first mindset, with the ability to build reporting frameworks and drive decisions through insight
* Experience in professional services, HR tech, BPO, or staffing is a bonus, not a requirement
