The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business for Send's API, white‐label and strategic referral International Payments products. This role focuses on identifying and targeting high‐potential verticals, building and executing outreach campaigns, and closing complex enterprise deals. Success requires deep expertise in selling embedded finance solutions, comfort engaging C‐suite executives, and the ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles.

What you'll do
* Business Development – Identify and prioritise verticals with strong fit for Send's International Payments products.
* Prospecting & Outreach – Build and execute hitlists and campaigns across multiple channels (calls, events, emails, social).
* Solution Selling – Sell Send's FX and payments capabilities into businesses with cross‐border flows or complex international payments requirements.
* Enterprise Sales Cycle Management – Own the full sales process—from discovery and proposal through to negotiation and close.
* C‐Suite Engagement – Confidently engage and influence senior executives (CEO, CRO, CPO), articulating Send's business value.
* Compliance Alignment – Follow all internal processes to ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and cultural standards.
What you'll bring
* Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales roles, ideally with API/embedded finance solutions.
* Skills:
o Strong understanding of financial markets and FX.
o Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles.
o Proven ability to navigate complex organisations and multiple stakeholders.
o Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* Personal Qualities:
o Self‐starter, personable, diligent, resilient, and capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
