**About the role**
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works with our fast-paced Recruitment team providing coordination and administration support for recruitment activities.
You will be responsible for excellent high-volume support and coordination of referee screenings, compliance coordination, interview coordination and have great attention to detail and be skilled in managing a variety of tasks and workload.
You will work with experienced and talented team members and this role will provide opportunity for growth and development. We are looking for someone with a passion for Recruitment and a career in HR.

**Selection Criteria**
- An Administration/HR qualification or experience working in an HR/Recruitment environment.
- Passion for and interest in a career in HR / Recruitment.
- Experience working in administration, HR work and recruitment.
- Skills with Microsoft Office programs and HRIS or and Recruitment system (desirable)
- High level of ability to manage fast-paced workload, strong organisational skills and accurate attention to detail
- Current and unrestricted driver's license, preferably with access to own vehicle.
- Supply a Working with Children Check for an Employee
- Cleared NDIS screening check prior to commencement
- Current working with children check
- Complete the NDIS Worker Orientation online training prior to commencement
- Fully Vaccinated (including booster)
**Position Description**.
