Talent Acquisition Specialist | Milton Office (5 Days Onsite)
We’re looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist based in our Milton HQ. This is a 5-day, in-office role, perfect for someone who thrives on face-to-face collaboration, real-time support, and a vibrant team workplace.
This role delivers full-spectrum recruitment solutions for clients across the country, from crafting compelling, brand-aligned talent landing pages to designing tailored advertising strategies. You’ll manage and nurture candidate pools to deliver exceptional shortlists. It’s a varied, fast-paced position that works across diverse industries and collaborates closely with our Sales Team to deliver results.
Base pay range
A$70,000.00/yr - A$70,000.00/yr

What you’ll do
- Creating tailored job advertisements and recruitment marketing strategies
- Executing campaigns across job boards, social media, and LinkedIn
- Screening resumes and conducting structured phone and video interviews
- Engaging deeply with clients to define ideal candidate profiles
- Designing behavioural interview frameworks aligned to specific role requirements
- Presenting shortlisted candidates with clarity and confidence
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on campaign and delivery goals
- Advising clients on attraction strategies and market conditions

This is an ideal opportunity for someone in the early stages of their recruitment career who’s ready to learn, grow, and build something long-term with us.
A year in a recruitment or a recruitment-related role (e.g. HR, administration, sourcing, candidate support, etc.). Experience in areas such as copywriting, advertising, or using platforms like LinkedIn or SEEK will be considered a bonus, but not essential.
