Job Location: Maryborough and surrounding areas – Full time, Permanent
Responsibilities
Provide Social Worker services, including specialist advice and clinical services to improve client quality of life and well‐being. Develop and implement treatment and intervention programs, manage cases, conduct clinical counselling and debrief following critical events, and deliver education and support to clients and carers.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Social Work.
* Registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
* Previous experience within an aged care or acute setting (desirable).
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
* Current Australian driver's licence and a roadworthy registered vehicle.
