We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Director to join our beautiful Mitchelton service. In this role, you will embed the Busy Bees philosophy and lead high‐quality, engaging early learning experiences.
What you'll do
* Lead day‐to‐day operations of a high‐quality early learning service.
* Drive occupancy growth and financial performance in line with budget targets.
* Build, mentor and retain a strong leadership team.
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, with a strong focus on health, safety and child protection.
* Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, respect and educational excellence.
* Build strong partnerships with families, children and the local community.
* Collaborate with your Area Director, NSC and support teams to achieve strategic goals.
* Lead workforce planning, performance management and succession planning.

* You'll have an approachable, outgoing nature and build strong, trusted relationships with children, families and your team.
* A genuine passion for early childhood education and alignment to Busy Bees values.
* Strong understanding of compliance, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) and WWCC.
* Proven experience leading a service (ideally 70+ place centre).
* Excellent leadership and team‐building skills, with a respectful and collaborative approach.
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills with teams and families.
* Confidence managing occupancy, rosters and financial performance.
* A commitment to creating nurturing, inclusive and high‐performing environments.
