The Role
Leading the joinery department, the role will oversee operational and commercial performance. Managing design, production and installation over residential, commercial and insurance repair projects.
The goal is to drive profitability and customer satisfaction through effective leadership, sales growth initiatives, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovation
Offering up to $95k + Super + Car

You will look to have
* Very strong joinery/cabinet making background of 5+ years
* Excellent design skills (AutoCAD etc)
* Business acumen and understanding of financial performance
* Strong customer relationship and business growth experience
* attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability
* Joinery/Cabinet making trade qualified (preferred)
