We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and growing relationships with advertisers and agencies, driving revenue growth, and delivering consultative solutions across our advertising suite.
About the Role
In this role, you will partner with clients to develop full-funnel strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across Video, Display, and DSP. You will respond to agency briefs and build media plans across Amazon Canvas. This is a sales role with strong account management and planning components: you'll own a portfolio of clients, deliver proactive recommendations, and unlock new opportunities by showing how our ad solutions connect the customer journey across full funnel.
You will become an expert on Amazon canvas, understand our advertisers' needs, and consult with them on insights and recommendations to achieve business growth. You will respond to client and agency briefs with compelling, insight-driven media proposals that integrate Video, Display, and DSP. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting on cross-screen strategies that drive measurable brand and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute full-funnel strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across Video, Display, and DSP.
* Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and agencies, driving revenue growth and delivering consultative solutions.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in digital media sales/account management.
* Proven screens experience in Video/CTV/BVOD/OTT.
* Digital platforms and DSP proficiency, including programmatic campaign knowledge.
* Demonstrated operational and administrative excellence, including campaign setup, reporting, and process management.
* Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior clients.
* Analytical ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable client insights.
* Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
