Atlas Fuels keeps WA's industries moving. We're expanding our tech capability and need a hands-on ICT Support Technician who can keep our people productive, our systems humming, and our network secure.
Role Snapshot
You'll be the first point of contact for all things IT—supporting users, deploying hardware and software, maintaining our network and website, and making sure our applications and equipment are used effectively across sites.
What you'll do
* Scope & solve: assess hardware/software needs and recommend practical fixes or upgrades.
* User support: triage and resolve tickets for PCs, mobiles, apps and connectivity—remotely and on-site.
* Configure & deploy: install, image and update operating systems and business applications; manage licenses.
* Optimise usage: create quick guides and tips so staff get the most from our tools and systems.
* Network upkeep: assist with implementing and maintaining switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs, backups and basic security controls.
* Web care: help maintain and update company website content in line with branding and security standards.
* Peripherals & repairs: troubleshoot and replace printers, scanners, terminals, docks and other accessories.
* Service desk coverage: at times, provide support in a call-centre style environment with clear SLAs.
What you'll bring
* 2–4+ years in IT support (L1/L2) across Windows environments; basic Linux/macOS exposure a plus.
* Knowledge of AD/Azure AD, O365, endpoint management, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and backup tools.
* Experience in patching, and supporting common business apps.
* Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset; able to translate tech into plain English.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, MS-900, AZ-104) or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
* Experience with logistics systems.
* Basic scripting (PowerShell/Python).
* Content updates on WordPress or similar CMS.
