BINGO is looking for a B&D (Building & Demolition) Major Accounts Sales Representative to join our high-performing skips sales team, reporting directly to the GM B&D Sales. This is a senior, strategic role focused on managing and expanding relationships across Tier 1 builders and major infrastructure/civil contractors.

Role & Responsibilities

* Manage and grow a portfolio of major accounts for B&D Skip Bin Sales across Tier 1 construction, infrastructure and civil sectors.
* Leverage existing industry contacts to secure new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Lead and execute tender processes, including pricing, negotiation and contract close.
* Drive revenue growth through selling of BINGO services and solutions.
* Develop tailored commercial solutions aligned with customer needs and project requirements.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and commercial support teams.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify new opportunities within the sector.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity within the CRM system.
* Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership.
* Ensure all activities are delivered in line with BINGO's policies, procedures and safety standards.

What Makes You a GOgetter

* 10+ years' experience in sales.
* Proven experience managing major accounts within the construction industry, particularly Tier 1 builders and/or large civil contractors.
* Established relationships within key construction networks is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to price, negotiate and win large-scale tenders.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive outcomes at a senior level.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Previous experience within waste management or related industries (highly regarded).
* Valid driver's licence.
