Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience with their equipment solutions.
About the Role
* Deliver outstanding customer service in person, by phone and email
* Generate hire schedules, quotes and invoicing
* Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
* Assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment as required
