Accountabilities include:Review state and local government planning documents to assess their implications for Transport and Main Roads and provide response to those documents on behalf of the Region.Provide specialist advice in respect to development applications in accordance with the Planning Act 2016 (PA), the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 (TIA) and the State Development Assessment Provisions.Provide specialist advice in respect to applications and/or enquiries relating to Road Advertising Signs, Notifiable Road Uses, Works in State-controlled Road Reserves, Ministerial Designations, and so on.Assist in the identification and provide advice on modifications or adaptions to town planning documents.Manage development applications and other small projects throughout their life cycle including the efficient application of project management tools in relation to town planning.Assist in the co-ordination of all operational tasks
