Workforce Coordinator Role
The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality process management, prioritize task response planning, and provide technical support to the maintenance team.
Key responsibilities include performing maintenance job and project planning, materials ordering, scheduling, master data management, and reporting for the engineering team.
The successful candidate will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, reliability-centered maintenance (RCFA), and Reliability programs.
It is essential to ensure that maintenance plans are well-documented and easily executed by the maintenance teams.
Daily communication with staff will be required to obtain feedback on planning and scheduling elements.
The successful candidate will lead and contribute to workflow management processes on site, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
We seek an experienced professional with:
* Engineering or trade background
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Experience with Asset Life Cycle Management and reliability processes
* Good computer skills and CMMS experience
* Commitment to safety and workplace culture
* Teamwork and problem-solving skills
