About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Developer (5+ years experience) who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a small team, and is excited about long-term growth. You'll be hands-on with our code base, help shape how we build and maintain our systems, and gradually take on more leadership as you get to know our platform inside and out.

What You'll Do
* Build and improve software systems that are secure, reliable, and user-friendly
* Collaborate daily with an awesome remote team across time zones
* Share your expertise, mentor others, and contribute ideas for platform innovation
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in software development with solid experience in PHP
* Strong communication skills — you're proactive and clear when working remotely
