Role Overview
We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join the ANZ team for a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role focuses on driving local go-to-market strategy and execution for priority ad products in Australia and New Zealand. You'll bring market insights, influence product strategies, and lead holistic go-to-market plans to drive awareness, adoption, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the go-to-market expert for priority ad products and own product growth and adoption for advertisers in ANZ.
* Drive business performance and adoption goals by managing executive-level relationships and navigating internal and external stakeholders.
* Plan and execute local go-to-market strategies, including product trainings, client segmentation, and positioning through the lens of advertisers.
* Partner with stakeholders to conduct tests, validate proof points, and scale learnings.
* Serve as the voice of the market to global product teams, synthesizing opportunities and articulating customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in product marketing and digital advertising or related fields.
* Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute independently.
* Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commercial and data-driven mindset with experience in market research and business case development.
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
* Digital/Social Marketing experience in Australia and New Zealand.
* Experience in regional, global, or local product marketing roles.
