Production Manager – South Morang
Lead production operations at Australia and New Zealand's largest collision repair network, with real pathways to senior leadership and beyond.
Your role will include:
* Overseeing and managing daily production workflow across the repair centre
* Leading, motivating and developing your team
* Ensuring safety, quality and efficiency standards are consistently met
* Problem‐solving and meeting key production deadlines
* Delegating tasks and driving team performance
What we're looking for:
* Previous management experience in the collision repair industry
* Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to motivate and get the best out of your team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly regarded
* Safety‐first mindset
