About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
* Promoting children's safety, wellbeing and inclusion
* Assisting with daily routines, supervision and documentation
* Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Upholding regulatory standards and Council values in all aspects of care
Salary and Benefits
* Grade 4 salary: $35.70–$41.33 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
* 12% superannuation

What We're Looking For
You have:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
* A genuine interest in early childhood education and care
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safety, inclusion and continuous improvement
* NSW Working with Children Check
* Australian residency or valid work visa
Bonus points if you also have:
* Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Class C, P1 or P2 Driver Licence
