The Role: We are currently seeking 2 outgoing and motivated Restaurant Managers to join our team in full time roles; working across both our Highgate and East Victoria Park venues. Working alongside a team of passionate and hardworking co-workers, we'll provide the training and support required so you can learn, develop and have fun while doing it. Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Qualifications / Preferred Experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
* Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
* Able to understand direction and work autonomously
* Understanding of Irish/British hospitality is preferred but not necessary
* Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
Duties and Responsibilities
* Menu planning in consultation with our Head Chef
* Planning, organizing and executing functions
* Managing reservation systems & greeting guests
* Meeting and exceeding guest expectations to facilitate great guest experiences
* Ordering & purchasing according to budget
* Stock & wastage control
* Rostering of Restaurant team
* Managing financials
* Ensuring our facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, tidy & functional
* Gathering feedback from our customers and ensuring utmost satisfaction at all times
* Selecting, training and supervising wait staff and kitchen staff
