We are a small family accounting practice based in Willetton. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier accounting, taxation, and advisory services to our diverse client base. We are looking for a proactive, organised Administration Assistant to join our friendly, supportive team.
The Role
You will support our accountants and manage the front-facing client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Service: Managing the front reception, answering phone calls, and greeting clients in a professional manner.
* Office Administration: Managing correspondence, filing, ordering stationery, and maintaining office organisation.
* Accounts Support: Assisting with accounts payable/receivable, data entry, and processing invoices using MYOB software.
* Process & Compliance: Dispatching client compliance paperwork, preparing engagement letters, and managing client databases.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of proven administrative experience, ideally within a public practice accounting or professional services firm.
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is highly regarded.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to data confidentiality.
