SAFEMASTER now seeks an enthusiastic full‐time permanent employee to join our growing team based in CANNING VALE with an immediate start for the right candidate.
About the Role
* General sheet metal fabrication.
* Custom fabrication of a variety of exclusive and bespoke products from both metal and alloys.
* Manufacture of Aluminium, Zinc & Colorbond roofing products.
* Stainless Steel, Steel & Aluminium Roof Safety Products.
* General Press Brake work.
* Cutting and folding.
Qualifications
* Great attitude.
* Ability to comply with strict company Drug & Alcohol policy.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as a member of a team.
* Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision‐making skills.
* Full Australian work rights.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
* Ability to read drawings and instructions.
* High degree of accuracy with measurement.
* High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Meet production schedules and deadlines.
* High knowledge of safety procedures and ability to maintain a safe work environment.
* Well presented and reliable.
* Experience with safe use of workshop machinery including press brake, band saw, drill press etc.
* Trade Qualification – Metal Fabrication or RPL.
* Overhead Crane and Forklift Ticket preferred (but not essential).
* Current Driver's License.
Structure
Position is full time (Probation period applies).
