Responsibilities:
* Support the Regional Paid Ads Team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit.
* Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and daily performance tracking.
* Help gather and organize campaign data for reporting and analysis.
* Learn and apply best practices for paid social advertising under mentorship.
* Support documentation of workflows, processes, and campaign learnings.
* Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build paid ads knowledge.
* Assist with ad copy and creative testing initiatives.
* Provide general administrative support to the paid ads team as needed.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and team efficiency.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
* Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising.
* Previous internship or coursework related to digital marketing or advertising is a plus.
* Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising concepts.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.
