Responsibilities
* Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
* Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals at appropriate levels to clean dishes.
* Clean and maintain sanitation areas and organize cleaning supplies.
* Clean the dishwashing machine.
* Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items; send soiled items back for re‐scrubbing and re‐washing.
* Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
* Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist, establishing priority items.
* Monitor food quality while preparing food.
* Serve food in proper portions onto dishes, plates, mugs, and bowls, ensuring proper plate appearance.
* Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
Skills & Experience
* Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
* I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth).
