Precinct Manager – Oversee day‐to‐day operations of retirement living units and residential aged care facility in Colac, Vic.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the team, promoting effective communication and continuous improvement aligned with accreditation and aged care standards.
* Promote a culture of positivity and safety while delivering Mercy's Model of Care focused on residents' emotional and physical needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to provide best‐practice operational and clinical services, including allied health, hospitality, lifestyle and community activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience in a similar level role at a large (100+ bed) aged care home.
* Strong people‐management skills – staff leadership, development, succession planning and change management.
* Business acumen – budgets, efficient rostering, occupancy management.
* Sound knowledge of AN‐ACC, accreditation and other aged care standards.
* Demonstrated person‐centred care and teamwork abilities.
* Excellent time‐management, organisational and communication skills; adaptability and problem‐solving capability.
* Compassionate, flexible, positive approach; ability to nurture respectful relationships.
Credential Evidence
* National Police Check.
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
