About the roleRandstad HR Partners is seeking an HR Business Partner for a permanent role in North Sydney.
The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager, the wider HR team, and key stakeholders across the business, helping to build strong relationships and deliver a balanced, engaging work environment.ResponsibilitiesPartner and manage key stakeholder expectations.Apply a broad generalist skill set across employee relations (ER), recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and organisational development.Manage complex ER cases and ensure compliance with employment legislation.Interpret enterprise agreements and provide guidance at all stages of the employee life cycle.Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.Use strategic thinking, innovation, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive best practice and HR modernisation.Qualifications & ExperienceStrong organisational capability with a proven track record of successfully driving projects.Experience in a unionised environment is highly regarded.Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
