As Care Manager you will:
* Lead the delivery of high‐quality clinical and person‐centred care
* Oversee clinical governance, compliance, audits and reporting
* Support accreditation readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
* Mentor, guide and develop nursing and care teams
* Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families
* Assist with workforce planning, rostering and financial oversight
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
About You
You'll thrive with us if you have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Residential Aged Care in nursing management role.
* Strong knowledge of clinical governance and aged care compliance
* Well‐developed clinical knowledge and skills in nursing practice.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
* A genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians
* Current National Police Certificate (or willingness/ability to obtain).
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willingness/ability to obtain).
This hands‐on leadership position is best suited to someone who enjoys being present on the floor, supporting their team and driving a strong clinical culture.
* $123,000 – $133,000 + superannuation (depending on experience)
* Not‐for‐profit salary packaging up to $15,900 per year for living expenses and take advantage of a further $2,650 to pay for meals out or holiday accommodation.
* $5,000 Relocation Assistant
* $5,000 Retention Bonus – payable after 12 months of employment.
