About The Role
* Build strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders
* Develop and execute customised account plans
* Drive customer retention and increase share of wallet
* Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Motion's full product and service offering
* Lead territory sales initiatives and ensure sales budget targets are achieved
* Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams
* Monitor performance against quotas and implement corrective actions where required
You will spend most of your time with customers, supported by your Manager Customer Relationships and Branch Managers.
What You Bring
* Proven experience managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience in account strategy development and solution selling
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored customer solutions
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse market trends and customer insights
* Formal business or sales qualifications are beneficial but not essential
* Must be an Australian Citizen or holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa
