Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Cook – Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and present dishes according to our standards
* Ensure smooth operations & high-quality output
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
* Assist in training junior staff
* Monitor ingredients level, manage orders and minimise food waste
* Work closely with other kitchen sections and FOH Supervisors
Cook – Requirements
* Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification
* The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience
* A can-do attitude and ability of working independently
Barista – Responsibilities
* Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies and hot chocolates
* Preparing and serving deserts in our Cafe
* Taking food and beverage orders from customers and delivering them in a timely and courteous manner
* Maintaining a clean and well-stocked Café and dining area
* Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
* Following all health, safety and hygiene protocols
Barista – Requirements
* Relevant qualification or 1 year of experience in lieu with the qualification
* The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience
* A can-do attitude and ability of working independently
