Christmas Casual Sales Assistant
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join our sales team as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Assistants.
The role requires the ability to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain a high level of product knowledge. You will be required to work across various sales areas and interact with customers in a fast-paced environment.
* To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* You will also need to have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Point of Sale systems and familiarity with eLearning modules.
* In addition, you will be required to perform operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Drive sales through effective product knowledge, suggestive selling, and upselling techniques.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services.
* Perform operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.
