Job Description:

* Lead a team of employment consultants to deliver tailored services to job seekers, enabling them to become work-ready through community engagement and participation options.
* Ensure timely and professional service delivery to all clients.
* Collaborate with employment consultants to create job plans aligned with client requirements and contractual obligations.
* Provide relief support to the tasks of employment consultants when required.
* Regularly visit sites to review current practices, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
* Act as a relief manager when necessary and work closely with site managers to build high-performance teams.
* Mentor and coach talent to enhance business performance and outcomes.
* Foster a supportive work environment that recognises and rewards achievement.
* Effectively address employee concerns, including performance management or discipline where required, with HR guidance.
* Proactively report emerging issues or potential risks to site and operations managers.
* Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries, correspondence, and reporting needs.

Key Requirements:

* Deep understanding of Indigenous culture and protocols, enabling effective communication and engagement with Indigenous communities.
* Willingness to learn and support local people in achieving sustainable outcomes.
* Valid driver's license and relevant Child Suitability Card or ability to obtain one.
* Previous experience in employment services and working in remote communities.
* Knowledge of the RAES program and ability to apply contractual requirements.
* Ability to prioritise and plan workload and operational needs.
* Proficiency in technology, including Windows-based software, internet, and email.
* Understanding of government complexity and relevant skills in Business Management or other related fields.
