About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registration Clerk – Used and Fleet Vehiclesto join our Administration Team in North Gosford.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing used and fleet vehicle registrations in line with monthly targets
* Coordinating registration plates and CTP insurance
* Working closely with the sales team to ensure all required documentation is complete
* Performing general administrative, accounts, and sales support tasks as needed
About You
* Minimum 2 years of administration experience in a vehicle dealership environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills
* A current driver's licence and reliable personal transport
* Willingness to work overtime on the last day of each month
