About the role
We're seeking an experienced Podiatrist to join our growing allied health team on a part-time or FIFO (0.5 FTE) basis from Perth, Darwin or Broome.
As part of a 12-month initiative to strengthen integrated and coordinated chronic conditions and allied health care, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of people in our community. You'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based podiatry care to individuals with chronic conditions and complex comorbidities by:
* Conducting screening, assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
* Reviewing and updating treatment plans to ensure clinical effectiveness
* Providing individual or group education on foot health, preventing or delaying complications, pain management and wound care
* Participate in MDT case conferencing and care planning.
* Collaborating closely with local podiatry and other health services to delivery integrated and coordinated care
* Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, data collection and reporting requirements
* Contributing to the development of podiatry workflows, protocols and procedures
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Podiatry with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 3 years' post-graduate clinical experience
* Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to respond to complex and diverse needs
* Exceptional team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with diverse client groups
* Commitment to genuine strengths-based, responsive, person-centred care
* Strong clinical documentation and digital record-keeping skills with the ability to manage a caseload effectively
* Able to commence late December 2025
