Housing Coordinator
We're seeking a Housing Coordinator to join our Bowen Basin operations, supporting housing, travel, and facilities management across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to the General Manager, Site Managers, and operational leaders.
* Manage and optimise housing, facilities, and administrative processes, policies, and budgets.
* Coordinate flights and accommodation.
* Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and minimal disruption to operations.
* Negotiate contracts and manage providers for housing, charter travel, and leasing.
* Deliver operational training and streamline reporting processes for administration teams.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and maintain accurate records of residential leases.
* Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive efficiency and value.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to support demobilisations, onboarding, and ongoing site operations.
Qualifications:
* Solid experience in office or facilities administration (housing or mining sector preferred).
* Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
* Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
* Real Estate Licence and/or advanced experience in property or lease coordination.
* Ability to work autonomously and across multiple locations (Emerald, Blackwater, Moranbah).
