Our Surat Gas Project is a 27-year project that will have the capability to produce enough natural gas to power the equivalent of more than four million homes every day.

To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Internal & Change Communications Specialist to join our team.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Affairs & Social Performance, the role willoversee internal communication policy and strategy development, deliver targeted communications to inform internal stakeholders, including initiatives to facilitate organisational change and effective organisational outcomes.
This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.
In addition, you will:
* Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
* Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
* Plan, execute and evaluate a range of structured, strategic internal communications activities, to ensure they are cost effective, achieve Arrow's objectives and grow internal awareness of Arrow's organisational priorities.
* Deliver timely and appropriate strategic internal communication advice to internal stakeholders on a range of organisational issues.
* Conduct internal research to measure the effectiveness of the internal communication framework, then design communication strategies and activities to improve internal communication performance.
* Leverage opportunities for reputation building internally and externally.
* Liaise with Leadership Team members to facilitate effective communication from Arrow's top leaders to employees at all levels.
About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
* Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Communications or similar.
* Experience in the development and execution of change communication plans and internal communication campaigns.
* Experience working with C-suite to facilitate effective leadership communication.
* Experience working with external communication to ensure integrated communication outcomes.
* Experience in managing complex internal environments to effectively minimise risk.
* Experience in energy or resources.
