Our client, RAINBOW BRIDGE PTY LTD ATF THE TRUSTEE FOR MESCH FAMILY TRUST t/as MCDONALD'S BROOME is currently looking to recruit a Full Time Retail Supervisor. Your role is vital in making sure our customers receive a fantastic Macca's Experience.
You will be a brand fan, food fanatic and a people person. You make delicious feel good food, drinks and moments easy for everyone. You consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness (QSC).

* McDonald's Management Experience.
* Excellent service skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer relations skills.
* Flexibility with work schedule – available for all shifts including weekends.
* Understanding of labour cost and food costs is beneficial.
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Compensation
Salary Range: $76,515 - $80,000 per annum.
