In this role, you will get to:
- Responsible and accountable for end to end service delivery of the landscape.
- Monitor overall performance of the services, responsible for contractual SLA/KPIs
- Manage, mentor diverse teams across geographies. Responsible for staffing and people management as appropriate.

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**
- Should have good exposure on ITIL processes, Agile development, Testing and DevOps practices.
- Good experience in Project Compliance and QMS Audit
- Good understanding on Project Financials and pricing tool
- Good exposure in people management skills
- Should have adequate client handling skills preferably international clients
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of how to initiate and nuture growth opportunities within the account
