About the Role
We are seeking a MetroMap Customer Support Officer to provide timely and expert assistance across our product lines. In this pivotal role, you will respond to technical enquiries from both external and internal customers, deliver product demonstrations, and offer guidance to a wide range of stakeholders; including customer service, sales, finance, operations, aviation/flight operations, development, and product teams.
Based in our Head Office in Glynde, this role will report to our experienced Product & Solutions Specialist. The key responsibilities are:
- Provide technical support across the Aerometrex product suite
- Manage the support help desk and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and efficient responses to internal and external enquiries
- Respond to end user enquiries relating to web map tools, GIS integrations, map projections, data management and best practice use of Aerometrex products
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and support the development of improved processes and procedures
- Support customer onboarding, activation and account activities
- Assist with customer UAT testing
About You
- At least 1 year experience working within a customer service role
- Experience working within the geospatial industry is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the geospatial industry, products and applications
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
