4. Build a cohesive team to deliver exceptional customer service
5. Lead by example in all areas, demonstrating integrity and professionalism
6. Execute department Visual Merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
The ideal candidate will have strong retail leadership experience, excellent time management skills, visual merchandising expertise, and physical capabilities to handle large volumes of stock. They should also be innovative problem solvers, possess strong communication skills, and IT competency. First aid certification or willingness to be trained is beneficial.
