This part-time Medical Receptionist role at Landmark Surgical Specialists in St Leonards NSW 2065 is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join a dynamic and caring healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing the clinic's front‐of‐house operations, and supporting the clinical staff in their day‐to‐day activities.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
* Efficiently managing patient enquiries, bookings, and rescheduling
* Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
* Handling confidential information with the utmost care and discretion
* Assisting with the coordination of the clinic's daily operations
* Providing general administrative support to the medical team as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer‐service‐focused role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems, especially Genie or agents
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment

Experience:
* Medical admin: 3 years (Required)
* Medical receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
