About the role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our amazing admin team at Serene Psychological Service in Sunbury, Victoria. This is a part-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our busy practice.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
* Maintaining up-to-date client records and files
* Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, file management, and general office duties
* Providing support to the clinical team as needed
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administration Assistant in a healthcare or professional services environment is highly desired
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office and Halaxy
* A friendly, efficient, and professional demeanour
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with relevant regulations and policies
About the position
Approximate Hours: Monday 8am to 11am and Friday 8am to 1pm
Administration hours may vary between 7.30am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 7.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays as flexibility to cover annual leave and sick leave is also required.
