Over the past few years, the agency has grown quickly through solid client results, referrals, and a genuine focus on doing great work. We've now reached the point where we're looking to bring in a key person to help strengthen operations, build more structure, and support the next stage of growth alongside the director.
You won't just be managing tasks or keeping things ticking along. You'll play a genuine part in shaping how the agency operates, grows, and delivers for clients moving forward. From improving workflows and building stronger systems to supporting the team and helping drive operational growth, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.
A big part of this role will also be leading growth and lead generation for the agency. We're looking for someone who can proactively bring opportunities into the business, build relationships, generate new leads, manage the sales process end to end, and help drive consistent agency growth.
This isn't just an account management role. We want someone commercially minded who enjoys building connections, identifying opportunities, and helping grow the agency in a meaningful way.
Growth & Client Success
Drive agency growth by owning the client journey from lead generation through to long‐term retention and account growth.
* Build and optimise systems that generate qualified leads and convert them into clients
* Manage client relationships including onboarding, check‐ins, renewals and upsell opportunities
* Ensure clients feel informed, supported and confident in the agency's delivery
* Identify and resolve issues proactively before they impact client experience
* Support positioning, outreach and commercial decision making to attract the right clients at the right price
Operations & Business Performance
Improve operational efficiency, accountability and profitability across the agency.
* Build scalable systems and processes that improve workflow and delivery consistency
* Hold the team accountable to timelines, quality standards and outcomes
* Monitor business performance and provide visibility on key operational and commercial metrics
* Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and service delivery
* Resolve operational gaps and bottlenecks before they become larger issues
Brand & Delivery Standards
Maintain high creative and brand standards across agency and client work.
* Ensure creative output aligns with brand standards and performance objectives
* Provide feedback and direction on content, creative and campaign quality
* Work closely with performance and content teams to align delivery with audience and funnel strategy
* Maintain consistency across paid ads, content and social channels
* Contribute ideas that improve campaign effectiveness and client outcomes
