We're recruiting for a well-established commercial real estate firm seeking a passionate and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their Gold Coast team.

Key Responsibilities: Liaise with owners/tenants, handle inquiries, and manage compliance and maintenance requests Provide admin and accounts support for portfolio management Assist with outgoing budgets, operating costs, and EOFY reconciliations Conduct lease renewals, option renewals, assignments, and rent reviews Schedule and conduct property inspections Manage rental and outgoings arrears effectively Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections and coordinate contractor access on site Requirements: Experience managing commercial properties and understanding commercial leases Strong skills in budgeting, operating costs, and EOFY reconciliations Proficient in business English, both written and verbal QLD Certificate of Registration (or equivalent) and full driver's licence Confident using property management software; Cirrus8 experience is a bonus Strong computer and administrative skills Able to work independently and within a team Friendly, approachable, and solution-focused Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills If you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Kristina on .
