**Talent Acquisition Partner**
This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. You will work with the Talent Manager to develop and create the talent strategy for this successful and leading professional services organisation.

Working closely with the Talent Manager and business leaders, you will be responsible for finding outstanding talent to fill critical positions as well as building out a pipeline of potential talent for future workforce planning. An important part of this role is to build out the talent strategy and collaborate with the Marketing Manager in relation to all advertising, position descriptions, social media posts etc.
Because you are a 'people person' you'll comfortably interact with team members, managers and external stakeholders, developing robust relationships and promoting the company's already strong brand in their industry.
This role is the point of contact, both internally and externally, for all recruitment and therefore a confident, approachable and professional manner is imperative.
**Key Responsibilities;**
- Liaise with external recruiters, universities, and industry and professional bodies
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Work closely with the Talent Manager and business leaders within the company to understand business operations, resourcing challenges and hiring needs
- Continuous improvement to the recruitment processes through innovative recruitment tactics and initiatives
- Work closely with and provide support to new starters to the organisation through their employment with the company, particularly in that first year
- Attend networking events
In order to be successful in this newly created position, you will to have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in end to end recruitment where your role is predominately people focussed in a white collar corporate environment. If you've worked in a professional services company previously or have come from a corporate agency background, this will be highly regarded.
