About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will work closely with the leadership team and fellow educators to support children's learning and development while contributing to a positive and inclusive environment for families and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of engaging programs aligned with the EYLF
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team
* Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
* Contribute to documentation and daily centre operations
* Work collaboratively to uphold high-quality practices across the service
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Previous experience working in long day care
* Sound knowledge of EYLF and NQS
* Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
