Are you an experienced administrator looking for a meaningful role in a values‑driven organisation? We’re seeking a full‑time Data Officer to join our team in Beenleigh. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting accurate, secure, and reliable client data across the organisation. Working closely with frontline staff, operations, and IT, you’ll help ensure data is captured correctly and used to support effective service delivery and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
* Support staff with data management processes, ensuring information is accurately captured, maintained, and updated across systems
* Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity and reliability
* Develop and maintain reports and tools that help teams understand trends and support informed decision‑making, while adhering to privacy requirements
* Provide training and guidance on data processes, systems, and best practices.
* Create and maintain clear documentation, work instructions, and user guides.
* Identify recurring data issues, support improvements to data collection processes and assist with system upgrades or migrations
About You
* Previous experience in administrative, operational, or financial roles, with regular use of systems (no IT background required)
* Strong ability to multitask, prioritise competing tasks, and meet deadlines
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing and reviewing data
* Understanding of data quality, privacy, and confidentiality requirements
* Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly to others
* Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) and/or exposure to Power BI is highly desirable
* Current Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required
