Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled customer-focused engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support and maintenance services for medical equipment.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to customers
* Servicing includes corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning & installation of equipment, and software & hardware upgrades
* Provide expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of customer relationships
* Lead in managing and supporting technical escalations through to resolution
* Maintain a high level of knowledge through continual training and development
This role requires confidence in taking the lead, working independently, and adapting to new technologies. Experience in customer-facing service engineering within the medical equipment or Biomedical industry is essential.
