We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Deputy Principal (Special Education) at Redlynch State College.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior educator to lead the Special Education Program and contribute to the school's educational vision. The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills, a strong focus on student achievement, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across the school and community.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Special Education Program to improve educational outcomes for students with disability
* Support the Principal in delivering the school's educational vision and deputising when required
* Embed socially just practices and foster a culture of inclusion and high expectations
* Build and sustain positive partnerships with parents, agencies, and community stakeholders
* Lead curriculum, teaching, and learning innovations that promote quality outcomes for all students
* Manage the human, financial, and physical resources of the SEP to achieve organisational goals
Requirements
* Proven leadership in special education with a strong focus on student achievement and inclusion
* Highly developed interpersonal skills to build strong, collaborative relationships across the school and community
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute to improved educational outcomes
* Experience managing resources effectively to deliver high-quality organisational results
