Join our team and coordinate our volunteers and daily operations of our Op Shops. It's a great opportunity to be part of a friendly community, it's lively and varied!
We have an on‐call casual role available, rostered anywhere from 3 to 7.6 hours, working between the hours of 9:00am to 5:15pm, 7 days per week, and public holidays. This role works across our Op Shops in Geelong West, Highton and Point Lonsdale.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate volunteers and daily operations across Op Shops.
* Maintain visually appealing and contemporary store displays.
* Ensure positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management.
* Achieve sales targets and celebrate Uniting's culture.
* Handle cash, register operations and closing procedures.
* Supervise a team and work independently as required.
Qualifications
* Passion for fashion and charity retail.
* Flair for visual merchandising.
* Experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures.
* Confidence in supervising a team and working on your own.
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays, sometimes at short notice.

* Base salary of $28.12 per hour + casual loading + super and weekend penalty rates (if applicable).
