Working across iconic retail and lifestyle brands within stores including Myer and David Jones, you will play a key role in bringing brands to life on the shop floor while ensuring exceptional visual standards and customer interaction. About Us Flexible casual assignments to suit your availability Choose shifts that fit around your lifestyle Work with globally recognised retail and lifestyle brands Exposure to premium department store environments Ongoing campaign opportunities across peak trading periods Competitive casual hourly rates with higher weekend penalties A dynamic role combining visual merchandising and customer engagement Responsibilities Visual Merchandising Implement visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards Set up and refresh window displays, in-store fixtures and promotional zones Execute seasonal launches, sale changeovers and product resets Maintain high presentation standards throughout trading periods Replenish stock and ensure accurate product placement and signage Identify and report stock or visual issues to relevant stakeholders Work efficiently within tight deadlines and varying store environments Brand Ambassador Duties Represent premium brands professionally on the shop floor Engage customers and communicate key brand messages Drive product awareness through confident customer interaction Support promotional events, campaigns and peak trade periods Educate store staff on product features and selling points Provide feedback on customer insights and store performance Your Profile Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail presentation, or brand activation Strong understanding of department store environments Professional presentation and confident communication skills Ability to work independently while following brand guidelines Flexible and reliable approach to casual campaign work Availability for weekends, early mornings or late-night retail setups when required Ability to travel close locations If you have a passion for retail presentation, premium brands and creating engaging in-store experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
